雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—1片
油豆腐 Deep fried tofu—1片
鴻禧菇 Shimeji mushrooms—100g
四季豆(汆燙過) Green beans, blanched-5~6片

日式高湯 Dashi—300cc
鹽巴 Salt-1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1小匙
味淋—1大匙
